How can I identify HSA compatible individual Health Plans?

HSA-eligible high-deductible health plans are identified in SureCo’s Enrollment Platform by “HDHP” in the name of the plan. You can also filter for HSA plans and in SureCo's platform (HSA Eligible) will display next to the name.

Examples include: 

• Kaiser - Silver 70 HDHP HMO 3600/20% 
• Health Net - Bronze 60 HDHP Ambetter PPO 
• Anthem - Bronze 60 HDHP EPO 
• Blue Shield - Silver 2600 HDHP PPO
