How can I identify HSA compatible individual Health Plans?

HSA-eligible high deductible health plans are identified in SureCo’s Enrollment Platform by “HDHP” in the name of the plan.

Examples include: 

• Kaiser - Silver 70 HDHP HMO 3600/20% 
• Health Net - Bronze 60 HDHP Ambetter PPO 
• Anthem - Bronze 60 HDHP EPO 
• Blue Shield - Silver 2600 HDHP PPO
