How do I enroll? How do I enroll in benefits?

Go to the SureCo https://enrollme.sureco.com/

If you are a new user (never registered your account before) you will need the following information to get started: Select- "newuser?"

• Last 4 of your social security number
• Date of birth
• Zip code of your residence
• Email and phone

You should have received a "welcome email" with instructions on setting up your account.

After you create your account, you will review your "personal information."

Please make sure everything is accurate including DOB, SSN, Address, etc.

Then you will be prepared to shop. If you find a plan you like, make sure to select Add to My Benefits.

You are not done until you select the "Confirm and Finish" tile and sign.
