ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement)

A new type of health reimbursement arrangement, ICHRA, enables employers to reimburse some or all the premiums' employees pay for self-purchased health insurance using tax-advantaged dollars.

With an ICHRA, employers have the flexibility to determine how much they are willing to reimburse employees.
