If you have logged into your SureCo Enrollment Platform account and do not see plans available to shop, please check the following:
- Is my Zip Code accurate?
- Is my County accurate?
If these are correct, then the most likely cause of not seeing plans to shop is that your enrollment window has ended. Please reach out to your HR specialist to verify your enrollment window. Only your HR specialist can request an extension of your enrollment window.
*Please note that your benefits effective date may be different do to missing the original enrollment deadline.
