If you need to update your address outside of your original enrollment window or annual enrollment period; simply email the new address to employee.experience@sureco.com
If you have dependents covered on the plan, please tell us who's address is changing.
If the change in address affects your rates, we will update the enrollment platform and let you know of any changes in price per paycheck.
If your plan is no longer available at the new address, we will inform you and open up your account to shop for a new plan that is available in your area.
*** Note: you will need to call your carrier to update your address as well, but SureCo will remind you and provide instructions after we update the enrollment platform with the new address. ***
